Next K1 Boxing-Workshop with Markus Beyer on 21.11.2009


On 21.11.2009 they will hold a boxing workshop with the 3 times WBC Boxing worldchampion Markus Beyer.

He will not only show his techniques, he also shows how to train in order to improve. The boxing workshop addresses also to fighters from kickboxing and thaiboxing. For thai- and kickboxing the goal is to improve the boxing techniques.
